Question 2

How long does it take to ship products from China?

Accepted Answer

China Express is not a manufacturer or seller. China Express only provides shipping and shopping services from China. Please understand our shipping policy before ordering any product. AliExpress: We have two types of shipping services “Regular” and “Express Service” for Ali Express. The details of the two services are discussed below Regular service means the shipping service of Ali Express sellers. The product of this service comes through the post office, so it takes 25 to 90 days for the product to arrive. If you order on regular service, you may have to wait up to 90 days. However, products priced above $10 arrive within 25/30 days. However, if the product does not arrive within 90 days, only your advance payment will be refunded. But Ali Express sellers can also send products by express courier like DHL/TNT/EMS which is very expensive. All these service products arrive in 7 to 15 days. However, in this case, a separate tax payment has to be made to the customs, so this type of courier service is discouraged. Express Service: Express shipping is our express service. You will get an express shipping share in the shipping option only if certain conditions are met. Express service products arrive via our China office. So arrive in 15 to 25 working days. In case of express service, you have to pay the delivery cost of the product to the China office and the shipping cost from China to Bangladesh. When you add-to-cart the product for express service, local delivery charges and shipping rates will be displayed in a detailed pop-up message along with the price per kg. Taobao and T-Mall: Taobao and T-Mall are mirror sites of China's famous Ali Express. If you order the product from this site, the product will arrive within 15 to 25 working days. Taobao and T-Mall are for Chinese so they don't deliver outside of China. You can order products from Taobao and T-Mall through us. We purchase products from Taobao and T-Mall and receive them at our China warehouse and ship them to Bangladesh. In that case, you have to bear the shipping and customs charges for bringing the product from China to Bangladesh which you can see per kg rate at the time of order. Moreover, while ordering, you will be shown a pop-up message detailing Taobao and T-Mall's policy, and you can only add-to-cart and place the order if you agree.Reasons for which the product may be delayed: If for some reason the seller sends the product late and it is late to arrive at the China warehouse. If there is a natural disaster or epidemic in the country or in China, the product may be delayed. In all cases, 10 to 15 days extra time should be patient. Due to various complications at the customs office, the product may take longer to clear. Products that contain batteries, magnets, liquids, gels, etc. are not shipped through the regular shipping Guangzhou port. So they are shipped through Hong Kong port. Our Hong Kong shipment is once a month. So it takes a relatively long time for such products to arrive. But I can say for sure that the product comes 100%.This period shall not apply if the Customs Office is closed due to a prolonged strike, blockade, strike, CNF strike, or any national issue.

Question 3

What is the shipping cost from China to Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Air Shipping Service: Shipping charges depend on product category, weight, CBM, etc. For your convenience, we have now separated the shipping rates for each product. While ordering the product you can place the order by selecting the product name/category yourself. So you can order without any confusion. So there will be no hesitation about the shipping rate after the product arrives. Note that selecting the correct category is important to set the shipping rate. If you make the wrong category selection, the shipping rate will be incorrect. If you do not find your product name/category in our shipping list, please call our customer care on 019 33 77 88 55. However, China Express reserves the right to amend the category selection if you make a mistake. C-Shipping Service: C-Shipping is a complex and time-consuming matter. For C-Shipping, you need to order a minimum of 500kg of product. For your convenience, we are taking orders from a maximum of 2 links of the product of the same category of 500 kg, but no single product is less than 250 kg. C-shipping rates are often determined by piece or quantity. Such as shoes, sandals, bags, etc. C-Shipping rates are not given on the website. Because C-shipping rates are constantly changing. So, before placing an order at C-Shipping, you must talk to our customer care representative to know the shipping rate and place the order. Weight Calculation: As all our single orders are taken, the goods are first received at the China warehouse and re-packed into master cartons before being ready for shipment. We have to make separate payments for the material and labor costs of the China warehouse to make the big cartoon. Moreover, airfare/customs are to be paid by all over the total weight. Each 16/24 inch carton weighs from 1kg to 1.50kg. No customer wants to take this weight alone. So we count 5% to 10% extra weight of parcel weight below 5kg. Details are given below.❗ If the single parcel is 5 kg, the total weight will be calculated ❗ 5% extra weight will be calculated if the single parcel is between 2 kg to 5 kg. ❗ Single parcel less than 2 kg will be charged 10% excess weight. ❗ Minimum weight of a single parcel will be counted as 200 grams.
